Yes! Our Enterprise and White-Label tiers support Bring Your Own Database (BYODB). You can connect your dedicated PostgreSQL instance, Neon Serverless Postgres branch, or Amazon Aurora cluster with zero cross-tenant leakage.
How does the White-Labeling feature work?
White-labeling allows agencies and resellers to map custom CNAME domains (e.g., `comms.youragency.com`), inject custom CSS theme colors, upload custom logos, and invite client organizations into isolated Tier-3 sub-accounts without any reference to QualtriqEngage.
What email and telecom providers are supported?
We support direct integrations with AWS SES, Resend, Mailgun, Postmark, Twilio, Infobip, Sinch, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, and any custom SMTP/SMPP carrier gateway.
Is there an overage fee if I exceed my message limits?
